Finally add the vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder.

Line a 18 cm diameter tray with baking paper. Pour the top composition, put it in the hot oven for 30-40 minutes, until it is baked and passes the toothpick test. When it is ready, take it out of the oven, let it cool. Cut it into 3 sheets. You can choose to bake the countertop sheets separately, I do so.

Cream: In a bowl, mix cold cream for 2-3 minutes. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon essence and mix until you get a frothy cream. Place the first countertop sheet on a plate. Put about 1/3 of the cream, level it. Place the countertop again, and 1/3 of the cream, level the last sheet of the countertop. Press lightly and let the cake cool for an hour.
