- 500 gr pork
- 50 gr bagel
- 4 cloves of garlic

RECIPE PREPARATION Hot meatballs:
The minced meat is mixed with the bagel soaked for a moment in cold water and well squeezed. To the mince add raw eggs, pepper, salt, chopped green parsley, finely chopped or pressed garlic and potatoes put on a grater with small holes. Mix well. Take a teaspoon of the composition and place it in the pan, put oil on a high heat and fry until it has a golden crust on the surface, turn and are ready. Put it on a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
